Galvanized trapezoidal sheeting is a type of roofing or wall panel made from galvanized steel sheet that has been roll-formed into a "trapezoidal corrugated or ribbed" profile; it is also commonly referred to as galvanized profiled sheeting or—when left unpainted—trapezoidal color-coated steel sheeting. Essentially, it is a metal panel created by mechanically pressing regular "trapezoidal corrugations" into standard galvanized steel sheet to enhance structural strength and drainage performance.

Differences between galvanized trapezoidal roofing sheets and standard corrugated sheets:

Quality Inspection

• We first conduct a visual inspection to ensure the galvanized color steel coils are free of defects, facilitating subsequent processing and aesthetic use.
• Coating Performance Testing: We use a magnetic thickness gauge or coating thickness gauge to test the paint film thickness, ensuring it meets the customer's required thickness. JXL STEEL can produce paint films with a thickness of 25 microns on both the front and back sides. After testing, we sequentially conduct adhesion, bending performance, hardness, and impact resistance tests to ensure the paint does not crack or peel during customer use, and the product is fully qualified.
• Corrosion Resistance Testing: We will conduct salt spray tests to ensure that the color remains vibrant even in harsh operating environments.
