25% Aluminum-Zinc Coated Coil

A 25% Al-Zn coated steel coil (also commonly referred to as low-aluminum Al-Zn coated coil) is a steel coil featuring an aluminum-zinc alloy coating applied to the steel strip via a hot-dip process; the coating consists of approximately 25% aluminum, with the remainder primarily being zinc. In short, the steel coil is coated with a protective alloy layer—comprising 25% aluminum and 75% zinc—to prevent rust and corrosion.

Quality Inspection

• We first conduct a visual inspection to ensure the galvanized color steel coils are free of defects, facilitating subsequent processing and aesthetic use.
• Coating Performance Testing: We use a magnetic thickness gauge or coating thickness gauge to test the paint film thickness, ensuring it meets the customer's required thickness. JXL STEEL can produce paint films with a thickness of 25 microns on both the front and back sides. After testing, we sequentially conduct adhesion, bending performance, hardness, and impact resistance tests to ensure the paint does not crack or peel during customer use, and the product is fully qualified.
• Corrosion Resistance Testing: We will conduct salt spray tests to ensure that the color remains vibrant even in harsh operating environments.
