Galvanized steel coil refers to steel products that have a layer of zinc (Zn) coated on the surface of cold-rolled or hot-rolled steel strip and are supplied in coil or sheet form. Galvanized sheets are divided into spangled galvanized coils and unspangled galvanized coils. The zinc spangles in spangled galvanized coils are formed through a cooling and solidification process, and are generally divided into two types: large spangles and small spangles. Large spangles have coarser zinc grains, while small spangles have a smoother surface and better coating performance.

What is the "flower" of Flower-patterned galvanized coil?

This "flower" usually refers to the zinc crystal texture formed during the crystallization process of the galvanized layer. Common ones include:

•  Large zinc flowers (obvious crystal graininess)
• Small zinc flowers (more delicate)
• No zinc splatter (more uniform surface, common in modern technology)

In some cases, decorative texture effects formed through process control are also included.

Quality Inspection

• We first conduct a visual inspection to ensure the Flower-patterned galvanized coil are free of defects, facilitating subsequent processing and aesthetic use.
• Coating Performance Testing: We use a magnetic thickness gauge or coating thickness gauge to test the paint film thickness, ensuring it meets the customer's required thickness. JXL STEEL can produce paint films with a thickness of 25 microns on both the front and back sides. After testing, we sequentially conduct adhesion, bending performance, hardness, and impact resistance tests to ensure the paint does not crack or peel during customer use, and the product is fully qualified.
• Corrosion Resistance Testing: We will conduct salt spray tests to ensure that the color remains vibrant even in harsh operating environments.
