Printed prepainted steel coil (also known as printed PPGI or printed PPGL) is a decorative steel sheet made by printing various patterns onto the surface coating of a steel sheet using a special printing process, followed by finishing and curing.

It not only possesses the corrosion and rust resistance of ordinary steel sheets, but also offers a variety of decorative effects such as wood grain, stone grain, brick grain, marble grain, camouflage, and floral patterns, achieving a balance between aesthetics and practicality.

Quality Inspection

• We first conduct a visual inspection to ensure the galvanized color steel coils are free of defects, facilitating subsequent processing and aesthetic use.
• Coating Performance Testing: We use a magnetic thickness gauge or coating thickness gauge to test the paint film thickness, ensuring it meets the customer's required thickness. JXL STEEL can produce paint films with a thickness of 25 microns on both the front and back sides. After testing, we sequentially conduct adhesion, bending performance, hardness, and impact resistance tests to ensure the paint does not crack or peel during customer use, and the product is fully qualified.
• Corrosion Resistance Testing: We will conduct salt spray tests to ensure that the color remains vibrant even in harsh operating environments.
